All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Product Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, a digital product, activation code, gift card, subscription, or key cannot generally be returned or refunded after the code/key has been revealed, delivered, redeemed, activated, or used, except where required by applicable law or where the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly supplied by Creative Entertainment.
Once a digital key or code has been revealed to the customer, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation because we cannot verify whether it has been copied, redeemed, or used.
If you believe a digital product is invalid or defective, please contact our support team before attempting to redeem or use it.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the email address used to access it.
You must not:

* Attempt to access another customer’s account
* Abuse promotions

5. Orders and Payments
